WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN YOUR RAW UNPROCESSED INDIAN BUNDLES & LUXURY INDIAN BUNDLES?

Each bundle of our Raw Unprocessed Indian Hair comes directly from ONE single donor, which is why no two bundles have an identical curl. Our Luxury Virgin Bundles comes from multiple donors and have been steamed to create a uniform curl pattern, such as deep wave, body wave, loose curl, etc. Both are supreme quality hair, Raw Unprocessed Hair lasts longer than all hair.

CAN I ORDER A HIGHER DENSITY THAT ISN'T LISTED ON YOUR WEBSITE?

Yes, you can order up to 300% density lace wigs. Please email Hello@MuseBB.com for all custom orders. Please allow up to 10-15 business days for custom orders.

CAN I COLOR THIS HAIR?

Our hair is 100% virgin and raw human hair. You can color the hair, however once hair is treated in any way, it is no longer considered raw or virgin. Be sure to keep color treated hair conditioned and moisturized.

HOW LONG DOES THIS HAIR LAST?

Our hair will last for a long time, the better you take care of it the longer you can have it and reuse it! Our clients usually wears Raw Unprocessed hair 3-5 years with proper maintenance and our Virgin Hair, 2-3 years.

WILL MY HAIR SHED? 

All hair that has been stitched onto a weft is entitled to shedding, just like your natural hair sheds daily, it is absolutely normal. With proper care and maintenance you will experience minimum shedding (no noticeable or drastic decrease in the bundle density or volume).

HOW CAN I MAINTAIN MY HAIR?

We suggest that you shampoo your extensions every two weeks. In between those two weeks, you should only co-wash your hair. Co-washing your extensions will ensure that your hair stays soft & luscious. Following these simple steps, can result in your extensions lasting their full life span.

HAIR CARE TIPS

Use a shampoo no higher than pH7
Do NOT massage & tangle hair
Apply conditioner, comb through with a wide tooth comb, starting with the ends working your way up you scalp
Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water
Let air dry

DAILY MAINTENANCE

Use styling products minimally to avoid build up
AVOID ALCOHOL BASED PRODUCTS TO AVOID DRYING OUT YOUR INVESTMENT!
Dampen curly hair with a water bottle & conditioner
Comb hair DAILY with a wide tooth comb beginning at the ends and working your way up to your scalp
While wet, scrunch up curly hair gently to reform curls
Let air dry
Style as desired

CAN I GO SWIMMING WITH MY HAIR?

You may go swimming, we recommend applying conditioner in your hair and braiding it or putting it in a ponytail before swimming to keep hair from tangling. It is best to wash hair after swimming to remove chlorine/saltwater which can make hair feel dry.

HOW CAN I MAINTAIN MY HAIR WHILE I SLEEP?

Be sure to never sleep on wet hair. Sleeping on your hair, while wet can matte the hair and make it difficult to keep the hair the way you desire. Make sure your hair is totally dry before you go to sleep. Rolling your hair in rods at night will help maintain your curls and limit the amount of heat you apply to your hair. Sleeping with a silk scarf or satin pillowcase will maintain your bundles luster & soft feel.
